Assalamalikum Brothers and Sisters
Welcome to Jamia Masjid al-Mustafa Trust website. Since the mosque’s inauguration, it has become a focal point for the Redhill Muslim community. Over the years, Jamia Masjid al-Mustafa Trust Community Service is one of the leading congregations in the borough of Reigate and Banstead.
We are a vibrant community dedicated to serving the spiritual, educational, and cultural needs of the surrounding community. Our Masjid is deeply rooted in holy words, and our doors are always open to community members who are looking for a quiet place to worship. Contact us, or visit us to learn more about how to become a part of our team.
Several of the original founders of the mosque committee still make up the mosque management or are trustees of the mosque.
Serving the Community, Working in Partnership
Redhill Mosque is situated in the heart of Surrey, a diverse town with a rich history. It is our belief that our primary concern should be to serve the needs of the local community and to work towards the common good. In recent years there have been noticeable improvements in the education, health provision, environment, and community cohesion.
Promoting Tolerance and Opposing Extremism
Redhill Mosque works actively to promote tolerance and understanding. Along with all the local mosques, We enjoy excellent interfaith relations – and the strength of these relationships has stood us all in good stead during the recent testing years.
Every year we organise an interfaith forum on religious tolerance with representation from all the major faiths where we also remember and pay respect to our beloved prophet Muhammad (saw). Several times each year we open the doors of the mosque and centre, inviting people to visit and view an exhibition about Islam and Muslims.
